In its first phase, the university aims to teach medical and human sciences and information technology, with plans to later expand to include engineering and technical sciences in all their branches. This expansion comes to meet the requirements of the promising Libyan labor market, benefiting from the country's economic and political stability and balance, and the influx of local and foreign investments.
